Refunds & cancellation

A pre-launch draft for future purchases if Paddle payments are enabled.

Draft for review · 27 September 2026

Draft for review; no payments are taken on this website version. ClueBeat has selected cluebeat.com and proposed meet@cluebeat.com as its public contact address. Mail delivery and replies are not yet verified. A working product-support route will be published and tested before any checkout opens. This page does not claim that Paddle approval or checkout is active.

1. Where to get help

ClueBeat will publish and test a product-support route before accepting purchases. If a future purchase uses Paddle, use paddle.net or the support link in your receipt for a payment question. Include the purchase email, transaction reference and a short explanation. Never send a password or full card number.

2. Stop a subscription renewal

For a Paddle subscription, open the buyer portal from the subscription confirmation email and choose cancellation, or request it at paddle.net. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Keep the confirmation.

A cancellation is different from a refund request. If you want both, say so. If the cancellation link does not work, contact Paddle and use the ClueBeat support route published with checkout for help. Do not send payment credentials.

Removing an account, deleting an app or simply stopping use is not a cancellation request. If a trial is offered, check its end date and any charge shown at checkout.

3. Request a refund

Paddle's Refund Policy, the terms accepted for your transaction and mandatory consumer rights determine eligibility. We do not add a blanket “no refunds” restriction or claim that every request is automatically approved.

That policy includes applicable country-specific withdrawal rights and possible discretionary refunds for requests made within 14 days. A discretionary request is not a guaranteed refund. Please read the policy for the rules applying to your transaction.

For a future product that was not delivered or has a material defect, use the ClueBeat support route published at checkout. We can investigate the problem and help provide the information needed for a refund request. A legally required remedy is not dependent on buying a different plan.

4. What happens after a request

We may ask for enough information to identify the purchase and understand the issue. Paddle handles the payment decision and payment return for its transactions. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method; bank processing can add time. The applicable Paddle policy explains the timing and effect on access.

Save the request and confirmation messages. If a request is declined, you may still cancel future renewals and exercise any legal rights that apply.

5. Your rights remain

Local consumer law may give you rights that go beyond a standard policy. This page does not waive a withdrawal right, a remedy for a faulty or misdescribed service, or a lawful payment dispute. Starting to use a digital service does not, by this page alone, create a valid waiver of a statutory right.

We do not currently advertise a separate ClueBeat money-back guarantee. Any additional guarantee offered later will state its terms before purchase.

6. Policy updates

We will keep the revision date visible. The commitments and applicable rules for your purchase are not removed just because this page is later updated. For purchase terms, see Paddle's Buyer Terms and the ClueBeat terms.
